BROOKINGS HEALTH SYSTEM WELCOMES TONYA FROEHLICH TO ITS MEDICAL TEAM

Brookings Health System is pleased to announce the addition of Tonya Froehlich to its medical provider team.

Ms. Froehlich is a family nurse practitioner and will be serving the health care needs of the region at the Arlington Medical Center, effective May 3.  The medical center was recently acquired by Brookings Health System.

Ms. Froehlich received her Master of Science in Nursing degree from South Dakota State University.

Most recently she was a family nurse practitioner at the Indian Health Services (IHS) in Sisseton, SD. Prior to her tenure at IHS, she was with the Kannan Clinic in Sioux Falls.

"I am pleased to join the Brookings Health System's Arlington Medical Center and look forward to serving the health care needs of Arlington and surrounding communities," said Froehlich.

She added that she is very interested in community education and hopes to integrate that into her practice.

"We are pleased to welcome Ms. Froehlich and look forward to working with her as we bring the expert health care services of Brookings Health System to the Arlington area," said Roger Oberg, Chief Executive Officer at Brookings Health System.

Ms. Froehlich is married to Cory Kurtenbach. She and her husband together with their three children live in Nunda.
